Interviewing -part of the interview process, pre-employment tests can be administered to candidates from four categories: Aptitude, Personality, Skills and Academics. The results will help employers make a more accurate decision on who to hire.
Hiring - A recruit can be hired directly using Teamglide.
Tracking - after an employee has been made, their performance can be measured and tracked according to how they complete tasks and tests.

Another feature of Teamglide is the job search site where job seekers can search and find jobs from anywhere in the world. Job seekers also can use Teamglide to connect with recruiters and other professionals around the world through the Social media features.
